Once we design a template for you, you can easily add your own content, select your recipients and schedule delivery on your own time.
Preview the email as you build it
The Live Email Editor allow you to see your email as you build it. You can add your own text and images to templates and even change the order of any items. The moment you add your own content we'll automatically save your draft so you can come back and finish it later.
Pick a template, any template
You can use an unlimited number of email templates. You might have a template for media releases and another for the monthly newsletter - it's completely up to you! Simply select which template you'd like to use and add your own content.
Complete sender control
You can use your own 'from name' and email address, so the email always looks like it comes from you. You can also select your own subject and which email address any replies should be forwarded to. The system takes all the messy work out of the equation by processing any bounces and unsubscribes for you automatically.
Send now or schedule for later
Once you're happy with the email, you can send yourself a test version, send it immediately or schedule it for delivery at another time. This way you can build your campaigns in advance and schedule them for delivery tomorrow, next month or any time in between.

Getting your emails delivered
There's nothing more frustrating than designing the perfect template, sending off a big campaign and then having it end up in your recipients spam folder. We go through great lengths to ensure you can get your emails delivered.
Mail servers have been whitelisted
All mail delivery servers have been whitelisted by many of the larger ISP's, including AOL and Yahoo! Our servers are also integrated into the spam reporting systems for other large ISP's such as Hotmail and MSN. These arrangements ensure the best chance of your emails being delivered and also keep violators off of the mail servers.
Monitoring blacklists daily
Blacklists are monitored each and every day. If a server is ever listed (and it can happen to even the most well behaved permission based email servers), it is removed from their delivery cluster immediately and the issue is resolved.
Human approvals (yeah that's right, real humans)
Until you have been approved, every large campaign is reviewed before it can be delivered. Any potentially spammy emails are promptly removed and further action is taken. All large lists that are imported are verified and we ensure they comply with a strict anti-spam and permission policy.
Unsubscribe links in every email
All email templates contain a single-click unsubscribe link allowing any subscribers to remove themselves quickly and easily, thus further protecting yourself from being blacklisted as spam.

The price for an Email Template includes 2 minor revisions or a whole new design. Further modifications can be made at a negotiated hourly rate (although our customers are usually pleased with the first design).

Once an Email Template has been prepared for you, you can import your contacts and start sending, and running reports. You pay a flat fee per delivery, and then a small cost per recipient.
